Jeff has been a Certified Landscape Professional since 1994 and licensed with the Office of Pest Management since 1990. A true trailblazer - when he isn't busy providing our partners with innovative solutions, Jeff can often be found taking to the pavement on his bike, hiking Camelback Mountain, and conquering the stairs of ASU stadium. Co-founding an industry leading landscape management company is Jeff's second proudest accomplishment. His first? Being the Father of three wonderful daughters.

Prior to joining DLC in 2001, John owned a successful residential landscaping company. Among his many accomplishments, John is an ISA Certified Arborist, holds a B.S. in Spanish from Northern Arizona University and a M.I.M from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). When he's not leading the DLC Team, John enjoys playing hockey, riding his bike, making jewelry with his Grandfather's equipment, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Having held virtually every field position before becoming VP, Luis is a wealth of knowledge. He's been certified with the Office of Pest Management since 1992 and a certified Landscape Professional since 2000. A little known fact about Luis is that he's an extremely talented artist. Spanning several mediums, Luis' art is a sight to see. His work can be seen in many of our Communities in the form of steel sculptures and custom signage. Born in Mexico City, Luis is married with 3 children.

Branch Manager Janet manages our East Yard operations. She has worked in many different departments, but enjoys working with our partners the most. Janet effectively leverages her cross-department experience to provide unique solutions for our Communities.

Branch Manager Ray is our West Yard Manager and a landscape management expert. He oversees all West Yard operations and uses his knowledge and experience to provide our partners with the best landscape management experience.

Branch Manager As the newest addition to our Branch Management Team, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position. Most recently as the Director of DLC's Arbor Management Department, Matt knows what it takes to keep our Partners satisfied and their Communities looking sharp.

Staff Consultant Carol is the glue that holds the DLC Team together and keeps us operating like a well-oiled machine. She works largely on staff development and training, ensuring we have the best trained, most knowledgeable crews working for our partners.

Director, Business Development Rebecca leads DLC's Business Development and Client Relations efforts. Full of energy and creativity, she keeps the department running at a sprint. Whether it's a resident education class, blog post, sponsorship, or a proposal you need, Rebecca is your go to person.

Director, Arbor Management Erik is our resident horticultural expert. With a background in plant nurseries, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. As the Director of Arbor Management, Erik’s passion for trees keeps him at the forefront of the industry in Arizona.

GIS Manager Jim manages DLC's GIS Department. He's a man of many talents with experience in marketing, graphic design, GIS, web development and more. Jim supports many departments within the company enabling us to better serve our partners.

Director, Water Management Mark is DLC's water management guru. He and his team manage billions of gallons of water annually. It's no easy feat, but Mark and his team of experts consistently produce water savings for our partners -- often to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.

Director, Safety Safety is DLC's most important core value. Jim makes sure our team has the equipment, knowledge and training necessary to work safely, efficiently and produce quality results. He has helped to establish DLC Resources as an industry leader in safety and works tirelessly to ensure we continue to lead the way.
